Overview
Solid Grounds is a curatorial end-to-end production company specializing in experiences that are meant to foster inclusion and belonging. We design and manage culture-forward events, bespoke experiences and activations that produce measurable return on engagement for clients. Who We Are
Social Architect Taylor Nanz is the host and Founder of Solid Grounds, and is passionate about uplifting diverse communities through events that encourage meaningful and inclusive dialogue.
With a background spanning eight years in various tech enterprises, she has managed and built University Recruiting pograms & led Diversity & Inclusion Recruitment & Partnerships at companies like Quora, Kitty Hawk Aero, & Udemy.
Taylor's passion for inclusive spaces drives her commitment to building bridges and amplifying underrepresented voices.
